roots of our financial institution run deep in the town of St.
Paris. While we started as two separate banks the directors soon
realized the benefits-of pooling their resources. Through the
history of the bank we have emphasized the importance of being a
strong, independently owned community bank. Through good years
and bad our leaders have managed to keep the integrity and
respect of our local bank. Since the 1900's we have grown into
surrounding communities making each new customer our friend and
neighbor. As technology changes the face of banking, First
Central National Bank continues to keep pace. With 2 new ATMs
our customers now have 24-hour access to their money. Now we are
opening our fourth branch right here in your computer. Internet
